Guns N' Roses (It's So Easy) Have Produced A Brilliant Business Model And An Amazing Trailer

If Tony Robbins were advising you on success he'd say find a successful person, figure out their model and then do what they're doing.

Writer, Director and Producer Chris Duddy understands business models.

He knows how to pre-sell a project to investors and distributors in the film business.

Most of all he understands that his work is a combination of creativity, savvy, and numbers.  The right numbers, where revenues exceed expenses determine your success in the film business.  Awards without profits are useless. Chris understands this and has perfected a model that works over and over again.

Maybe Chris will use the JOBS Act to produce slates of films that fall within his model.

Chris, the husband of the brilliant stage, comedic and dramatic actress, Joely Fisher (daughter of Connie Stevens and Eddie Fisher), has figured out a model that he can replicate over and over again and make a profit.

Duff is the Guns N Roses bassist who pushed Drugs and Alcohol abuse to the edge of death.

What I love about their trailer is it's a lot like a great 2 minute DRTV commercial.  It instantly grabs you, builds a case and an urgency to respond and then gets you anxious to see the film. The trailer is the key to selling films.

This is arguably one of the best trailers ever produced.

I hope the documentary, It's So Easy and Other Lies is a home run for both Duff and Chris.

I believe that Duff McKagen's story is one of the greatest stories of recovery and human survival ever told.  When you watch this trailer you'll either want to go see the film or go to rehab, or both.

Story board this trailer and you will be stunned by the way the trailer builds the urgency to see the film, It's So Easy and Other Lies.  If this film doesn't get selected at any film festival it submits to I'd be shocked.
