CBS AND TED DANSON KEEPS ROLLING ON AT CSI BY BRAD RICHDALE

Ted Danson is at the top of his game. After his work on FX's Damages he continues his renaissance with CBS starring in the first of the CSI franchises, CSI Las Vegas.

Married to Mary Steenburgen you wonder when Ted is going to retire?  The answer...I don't think it's anytime soon.  Ted Danson made us laugh as Sam Malone on Cheers, then Becker.  Playing himself on Curb Your Enthusiasm he ratcheted up his comedic talent with Larry David, co-creator of the Jerry Seinfeld show with comedian Jerry Seinfeld.    This is also available at Bing

Since his comedic success he has hit his stride and proved his range as a dramatic actor. His role as corrupt billionaire Arthur Frobisher (on Damages with Glenn Close) wasn't just another role it was amazing, arguably as good a Michael Chiklis portrayal of Vic Mackey on the Shield.  Leave it up to the FX network to produce another incredible TV series with production quality rivaling Mad Men with Jon Hamm.

If Vegas handicaps odds on Ted Danson for retirement to occur soon, bet against it.  Ted Danson isn't going anywhere other than to the set of CSI Las Vegas or any film he can fit in when CSI Las Vegas isn't shooting.
